Dr. Sujaya Banerjee is a Leadership and Change Management Expert with over 30 years of driving Culture Transformation through Leadership for organizations like British Gas, ADNOC, Essar, and Lowe Lintas and Partners.

She has also served as Director on the Board of AGC Networks, a leading IT Company and The Mobile Store – India’s largest Retail Chain of Mobile Phones and Accessories.

Dr. Banerjee is the Founder CEO of Capstone People Consulting – a contemporary Capability Building and Advisory Firm, doing path-breaking work in Leadership and Change, Diversity and Inclusion and Talent for leading Multinational and Indian organizations. Dr. Banerjee is also Director on Board of Academy of Applied Emotional Intelligence - that is committed to building a Compassionate Society and does pioneering work with the Government, PSUs and other Organisations.

She is the author of the much acclaimed ‘SWITCH-How 12 Indian Companies Managed Change Successfully’, and also writes regularly for the Times of India Ascent and the Human Capital Magazine.

She is a sought-after Speaker and Thought Leader, and chairs the ‘The Emerging Markets Summit’ in the UK regularly and is also a regular speaker across Singapore and other South-East Asian Countries. Sujaya has also been a TEDxSpeaker on the themes of Conscious & Unconscious Biases and Innovation.

The L&OD Roundtable enables Capability Building for Transformational mindsets and help professionals build Learning Organizations.

Sujaya is the Founder of the Women Leadership Forum of Asia (www.wlfa.in) which has 12000+ members, and enables Inclusion across all types of Diversities. She is a Speaker on themes of Diversity and Inclusion, and is a passionate Evangelist for Equal Opportunities and Inclusion.

Dr. Banerjee has been listed among Top 40 HR professionals in Asia, has won the Youth Icon Award and has been recognized by the Government of Malaysia for her Contributions to the HR Community. She recently won the HR Director of the Year – HR Brilliance Awards, UK and has been the recipient of other international accolades like the Learning Elite Award and Learning in Practice Award – CLO USA.
