Over the years, Prithvi has led large-scale transformations across geographies for large organizations. DEBORAH HULME

Deborah Hulme is an Executive Advisor, Leadership Coach and Transformation Specialist with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of Neuroscience, Communication, and Organisational Change.

Deborah has held Senior Leadership roles across organisations such as the BBC, Barclays, Siemens, Northern Rock, and British Gas, before founding DHC Group and Minerva Inspires.

Deborah is widely recognised for her ability to bridge the human experience of change with the strategic conditions leaders must deliberately design for Performance. ADIL MALIA

Adil Malia is a distinguished Human Resources and Organisation Development professional, bringing over 45 years of rich, cross-industry experience in shaping organisations, developing leaders, and driving sustainable business transformation. His career spans senior management and board-level roles across globally respected organisations in manufacturing, FMCG, infrastructure, services, retail, and conglomerates.

Adil has held Senior Leadership positions with organizations such as GE Appliances, Al-Futtaim Group, The Coca-Cola Company, and Essar Group, and is the founder of The FiRM. He is currently also serving as a Trustee of the Bombay Parsi Panchayat.

Adil’s expertise lies in Leadership Development, Change Management, Organisational Effectiveness, and Aligning People Strategy with Business Outcomes. He has worked extensively with CEOs and Senior Leadership Teams, Coaching them through Transformation, Growth, and Cultural Evolution.

With global experience across India, the US, and the Middle East, Adil has led large-scale initiatives including M&A Integration, Restructuring, and Leadership Alignment. He has worked with leading organisations across sectors and continues to advise businesses on Value Creation, Turnaround, and Organisational Transformation.

RAVI SHARMA

Ravi Sharma is an accomplished Leadership Consultant, Executive Coach, and Organizational Transformation Expert with more than three decades of experience working with senior Leaders, Founders, and Leadership teams across industries and geographies. He brings a rare combination of deep business acumen, behavioural insight, and hands-on consulting experience to complex leadership and change challenges.

Ravi has built his expertise on Leadership Development, Organizational Change, and strategic Capability Building. Over the years, he has personally coached 280+ Senior Leaders and partnered with 240+ organizations across India, the United States, and global markets. He has facilitated more than 3,200 days of Leadership Development and Executive Education programs, working extensively with startup founders, fast-growing organizations, and established enterprises.

Ravi’s consulting approach is grounded in behavioural science and real-world business experience. He holds certifications in Neuro-leadership, Hogan Assessments, MBTI, DISC, and other assessment-based development tools, enabling him to uncover the deeper drivers of leadership behaviour and design interventions that lead to lasting change. His expertise spans leadership coaching, organizational change management, team effectiveness, strategic thinking, and executive development.

ALDRIN TEE

Aldrin Tee is a Social Innovation Consultant, Ecosystem Builder, and Venture Design specialist with deep experience across Education, Creative Industries, and Entrepreneurship. He brings a multidisciplinary approach to enabling organisations and communities to create Sustainable, Scalable Impact.

Aldrin began his career with the Ministry of Education in Singapore, where he developed a strong foundation in Education, Learning Design, and Knowledge Management. He later transitioned into Leadership roles across Innovation, Advisory, and Venture-building initiatives.

His core expertise lies in Ecosystem Design, Social Innovation, Venture Building, and Value Chain Development. He works with organisations to design Collaborative Platforms and Innovation Ecosystems that enable long-term, Sustainable Growth

Over the years, Aldrin has founded and led multiple ventures including SCII One, Tanda Creativ.es, 3is.co, and Artlife&Co, platforms focused on Integrating Creativity, Business, and Technology to drive industry transformation and social impact.

DR SHAILESH KUMAR

Shailesh Kumar is a distinguished AI Leader and Data Scientist with over two decades of experience across Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and large-scale AI Systems. Dr Shailesh Kumar has over 3 decades of both Academic and Industry experience with leading organizations such as Google, Ola, & others

He was formerly the Vice President at Ola Cabs, where he worked on several computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence and optimization issues in fleet management. He was also the Chief Scientist and Co-Founder of Third Leap – an EdTech startup that uses AI to create personalized math guides.

Prior to this, Dr Kumar worked at Google on a variety of products at Google involving Information Retrieval, Enterprise Search, Legal E-Discovery, Natural Language Understanding (Phrase Discovery, Word Sense Disambiguation), Computer Vision, Knowledge Graph Mining, Conversation Modelling, and Deep Learning on Text and Vision.

His experience of creating AI-based solutions comprises multiple domains, including finance, remote sensing, retail, knowledge graph, conversational computing and computer vision.

Dr Shailesh currently serves as the Chief Data Scientist at the Centre of Excellence in AI/ML, Reliance Jio

Dr Shailesh has authored over 20 international papers and book chapters and holds more than 20 patents in AI/ML. He was recognized as one of the top 10 data scientists in India in 2015 by Analytics India Magazine.

Dr Shailesh has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Engineering and a MSc in Computer Science from the University of Texas, USA. He has completed his Bachelors in Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT (BHU).

Dr Aravind has held key positions across organisations such as GE Global Research, Honeywell, and Reliance Industries, where he was part of the founding team of the Reliance Innovation Leadership Centre, driving enterprise-wide Innovation Strategy and Identifying large-scale Business Opportunities.

Over the years, Dr Aravind has built deep expertise in Innovation Strategy, Industry 4.0, Leadership Development, and Organisational Transformation. He has worked extensively with large enterprises, startups, and institutions to design innovation-led growth strategies, enable digital and Industry 4.0 adoption, and build leadership capability for sustained impact.

He has also played a significant role in academia and ecosystem building, serving as Chair Professor of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Symbiosis International University and as CEO of Deshpande Startups, where he contributed to building large-scale entrepreneurship ecosystems and enabling startup growth.

DR MORNE MOSTERT

Dr Morne Mostert is an internationally recognized Strategic Advisor, Keynote Speaker, and Thought Leader with deep expertise in Strategy, Systems Thinking, and Leadership. With over two decades of experience, he works with leading Organisations, Governments, and Institutions to help them Navigate Complexity and prepare for an Uncertain Future.

His core expertise lies in Strategic Foresight, Leadership Development, Systems Thinking, and Innovation. He is particularly known for helping Leaders and organisations move beyond short-term thinking by applying Structured Foresight Methodologies and Systemic Insight to Complex Challenges.

Dr Morne has held Leadership roles across prominent institutions including Discovery, the Da Vinci Institute, and Stellenbosch University, where he served as Director of the Institute for Futures Research.

Dr Morne has worked extensively across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, advising corporates, governments, and global institutions. He currently serves as a Commissioner on South Africa’s National Planning Commission and is a member of the Club of Rome, contributing to global conversations on the Future of Society, Economy, and Sustainability.

As a Speaker and Advisor, he has contributed to international platforms including the World Economic Forum ecosystem and the International Labour Organization’s Future of Work initiatives. Vasudevan Narasimha is a seasoned HR Leader with over three decades of experience across global organizations. He is widely recognized for his expertise in HR Transformation, Digital HR, Talent Management, and Aligning People Strategy with Business Outcomes. He has led large-scale global HR initiatives including Mergers & Acquisitions, Organizational Transformation, and Leadership Development across Diverse Industries.

Vasu has worked extensively in the Banking, Manufacturing and Infrastructure sectors in India and overseas in China, Taiwan and Singapore with organizations such as Standard Chartered Bank, General Electric Company, Asian Paints and KEC International.

A strong Business Partner with astute Financial / Commercial acumen and demonstrated Leadership in Global and Country Human Resources roles spanning Organization Effectiveness, M&A – integrations, Leadership Engagement, Change & Restructuring, Employee Engagement, Culture Change, Crises Management and Employee Relations.

His expertise spans HR Strategy, Digital HR Transformation, Talent Management, M&A Integration, and Organisational Effectiveness. He is particularly known for aligning HR with Business Outcomes and leveraging Technology to enable Transformation.

Over his 18-year tenure as a CHRO, Vasu spearheaded global and country-level HR initiatives, driving Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Employee Engagement. He has a proven track record of aligning HR strategies with business objectives, collaborating with leadership teams to foster Growth, Performance, and Transformative Change in large organizations
