Job Profile

Associate Consultant / Management Trainee:

To support the Senior Consultants and Partners through Research, analysis and working on varied assignments for marquee clients ranging from:

Leadership and Change Management
OD Assignments for delivering Performance Improvement and Change
Embedding values/ D&I Cultures
Driving Talent Economist interventions to build talent savvy cultures
Coordinating Key Account Manager Deliveries for clients engaged in Integrated Development Offerings
Anchoring Talent Analytics assignments including client debriefs and action planning workouts

Key Deliveries include Research Capabilities, Analysis and presentations, Marketing and business development, Facilitation of key deliveries.

Desired Candidate Profile:
MBAs with a background in HR/ OD/ General Management or Post Graduate in Economics, Psychology/ Industrial Psychology/ Sociology
Work Experience of 1-3 years will be an added advantage
