Given the fast changing Business Landscape and increasing complexity this organization moved early to create a Leadership Next group of Younger Agile Leaders and requested a Learning Journey to build a set of 21st Century Leaders who brought in the Knowledge, Experience, Entrepreneurship combined with knowledge of Frameworks & Tools for Winning in the 21st Century.
Building leveraging Culture as a Differentiator was Key as Strategies could change, adapt or be copied but Culture would remain the sustainable differentiator.
By creating this group of Leadership Next, the idea was to build and demonstrate New-age Behaviours that would help the Teams align and be inspired to undertake the need to manage constant flux, remain likeable and inspiring and to use their unique pedagogy to solve problems and make decisions that delivered Impact while including People.





The Leadership Next Leaders were a diverse group managing very diverse Businesses, bringing them to a common set of Mindsets & Skillsets to win required some work.

It was clear they needed to become Champions of the New Culture and getting them to reflect on Key Themes like Talent, Culture, High Performance, Frameworks for Innovation could help them begin conversations on long-overdue Change & Leadership.

We designed a Learning Journey with multiple Learning Sessions that allowed for Reflection & Execution
We included many sources of researched information & feedback including from the Employees of Leaders. Building momentum for Multi-generations @ Work, opportunities for Positive Psychology, integration & Collaboration all seem to add up to enable the distinctive 21st Century Leaders we wanted to build to augment the Organization’s Winning Journey of Excellence!!
