Challenge

This was a pioneering organization leveraging market opportunities continuously and re-inventing its Business Model to find a unique sweet spot in the Real Estate & Warehousing Industry.

The challenge they came to us with was around growing organically despite a weak Performance Planning & Execution process. They had an existing process of AOP’s driven Performance that was not very effective and with the increase in headcount there were several challenges on Clarity/ Alignment/ missed opportunities for Moonshots and inspiring inorganic growth, innovation that the organization wanted to enable starting with the Top Leadership down to the Frontline.

There was a feeling of loss of Accountability, and ‘Best Effort Basis’ Performing Culture emerging that reduced orientation to uphold the over arching Business Plan & Strategy. All teams worked in Silos that further aggravated the loss of Performance.

High performance Culture outcomes and a process of Goal setting & Alignment, continuous Feedback & Accountability for outcomes in real time were needed besides manifesting Moonshot Goals.

The Diagnosis used Capstone’s Proprietary Discovery Process that helped garner voices from across the organization. The Sponsor was the CEO, Managing Director and the Investor Board members, but the focus was on streamlining & creating a robust process of Performance Planning, Reviews and Feedback that enabled growth, accountability & sustainable High Performance.

The Change Intervention design included using elements of OKR’s but simplifying this at Mid-Junior level. The Top Leadership required Leadership Learning, periodic Coaching anchored in MHS EQ-i and a robust process of defining Strategic Pillars and Department Goals & Individual KPI’s that added back to the strategic opportunities. We designed an absolutely Everybody! intervention that focused on enhancing Focus becoming more Agile as an organization & enabling strong Performance Conversations & Feedback in real time….

  • Setting the principles around AOP & Strategy
  • Simplifying Strategic Pillars for the VISION TO ACTION Process
  • Supporting the organization to use Key Levers for making the overall Performance Management Process more Robust
